[Introducing the HIGH SPEC of Final Mask] "Ear Straps"

Thank you very much for your continued support of ALL WEATHER HIGH SPEC WEAR.
There is only a little time left until the end of the Makuake project.

We will also be sharing the appeal of the Comfortable Mask Final on our blog!

Today's topic is "ear straps."
The ear straps are made using the Lillian knitting method, which has remained the same since the Comfortable Mask was first developed.
Lillian knitting is a technique in which you hook yarn around a cylindrical device and start knitting in a circular motion to create a hollow knitted piece like a straw.
There are two reasons why we decided to use this Lillian knitted elastic band for the ear straps of our masks.

[1] It contains air in the center, so it feels soft on the skin.
[2] The thread is wrapped around the rubber band 360 degrees, so it doesn’t become too thin when stretched.

The material used for the FINal Comfortable Mask has ear straps that are designed with comfort in mind and are further treated with an antibacterial agent.

The benefits of Lillian knitting can be clearly seen in the video, which compares it to the elastic found in typical masks.

Although it is a small part, please experience the completely original functions of ALL WEATHER HIGH SPEC WEAR!
